Get your site project started with the right access, tracking, and lead routing.

Complete these 6 steps

Pro tip: if you can’t find a setting, copy the step title into the platform search bar.

If WordPress: add a new Administrator user for [email protected] (do not share your personal login).
If Webflow/Squarespace/Wix: invite [email protected] as an Admin/Owner collaborator.
If you’re not sure what platform you’re on, send your website URL and who manages it today.

If GoDaddy/Namecheap/etc: add delegate access for [email protected].
If Cloudflare DNS: add [email protected] with DNS edit permissions.
We’ll use this to add TXT records for Google verification and to point the domain at your new site when it’s ready.

Add [email protected] as an Admin (or Editor) in GA4 and GTM.
If you don’t have GA4/GTM yet, we’ll create them and send you the ownership transfer steps.
If you run ads, tracking must be live before launch so leads don’t disappear into “Direct.”

Add [email protected] as an Owner (preferred) or Full user in Google Search Console.
If you don’t have Search Console yet, we’ll set it up using DNS verification.

Tell us the best lead destinations: primary phone, backup phone, primary email, and any shared inbox.
If you use a booking form/CRM (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Service Fusion), tell us where new leads should land.
If your calls are recorded, confirm if customers hear a call-recording disclosure message.

List your core services (and your highest-margin jobs).
List your service area (cities + radius, and any “no-go” areas).
Share your best offers (e.g., $99 tune-up, same-day service, financing, warranty).
