Complete these 4 steps

Pro tip: if you can’t find a setting, copy the step title into the platform search bar.

Tell us which system you use: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, or other.
Confirm how you book jobs (dispatcher call, online booking, SMS, etc.).
Confirm if you record calls and if you require a disclosure message.

Create a user for [email protected] with read access to Leads/Bookings, Job status, and basic customer/job details.
Send your pipeline stages and what counts as “qualified.”
Confirm which service lines are priority (HVAC vs plumbing vs electrical, etc.).

If you already use CallRail or similar, add [email protected] with Admin access.
If you don’t, we’ll recommend a setup based on your call volume and number of locations.
Confirm which numbers should never be swapped (e.g., emergency line, after-hours).

Pick a primary outcome: booked jobs, estimates scheduled, or revenue.
Confirm your target job types (e.g., replacement installs vs maintenance).
Confirm any capacity constraints (days closed, max daily calls, service area exclusions).
